The Section E1 Council of Chiefs recently voted that the theme for the 2023 Section Conclave will be lumberjacks. This theme will be incorporated throughout the Conclave activities, events, and patches. Speaking of patches, we are seeking your ideas for a conclave patch design with the lumberjack theme.
If you have a patch idea, do your best to sketch it out and provide as much information as you can and submit via email to advisers@oasectione1.org. The Council of Chiefs will vote to determine a final patch design idea and then the Section Leadership Team will work with a patch company to finalize details for this year’s conclave patch. All designs must be submitted by January 7, 2023.
So, get creative and sketch your ideas! No artistic abilities are needed. Put your pencil, pen, crayon, or marker to paper and give it a try! If your design is chosen, you will get a free patch! Be sure to include on your idea: (1) a fleur-de-lis; (2) the words OA Section E1 Conclave.
The OA Section E1 Conclave is the annual gathering of members from each of the six Order of the Arrow lodges headquartered in the State of Indiana. Plan now to attend this lumberjack themed conclave on April 14-16, 2023 at Camp Kikthawenund.
